Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?

You can track your order in two ways:

  • Via Website: Log in to your account and visit the "My Orders" section. Click on "Track Order" for the specific order.
  • Via Email: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
  • Tracking Number: You can also track using the tracking number on our courier partner's website.

Orders typically take 24-48 hours to be processed before shipping.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before delivery. Cancellation charges apply based on timing:

  • Within 1 hour: FREE (100% refund)
  • 1-24 hours: 5% charge (95% refund)
  • 1-3 days: 10% charge (90% refund)
  • 3-7 days: 15% charge (85% refund)
  • After 7 days or if shipped: 20% charge (80% refund)

To cancel: Log in → My Orders → Cancel Order. For modifications, contact support immediately.

What are the cancellation charges?

Cancellation charges depend on when you cancel (calculated from order placement time):

  • Within 1 hour: No charge (100% refund)
  • 1-24 hours: 5% cancellation charge
  • 1-3 days: 10% cancellation charge
  • 3-7 days: 15% cancellation charge
  • After 7 days or if shipped: 20% cancellation charge
  • After delivery (returns): 25% restocking fee

Example: If you cancel a ₹1,000 order after 2 days, you'll get ₹900 refund (10% charge = ₹100).

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:

  1. Check your email for any updates or tracking information
  2. Track your order using the tracking number provided
  3. Contact our support team with your order ID
  4. We'll investigate and provide updates within 24 hours

Do I need an account to place an order?

While you can place an order as a guest, we recommend creating an account for:

  • Easy order tracking
  • Faster checkout for future orders

Shipping Information

What are your shipping charges?

Standard Shipping:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹500
  • ₹40 flat rate for orders below ₹500
  • Delivery in 3-5 business days

Express Shipping:

  • ₹99 flat rate for all orders
  • Delivery in 1-2 business days
  • Available at checkout for eligible pincodes

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. However, we're working on expanding our services internationally. Join our newsletter to get updates when international shipping becomes available.

For now, you can use our puja items for your spiritual needs within India. We ship to all states and union territories.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2-3 business days (standard), 1 day (express)
  • Tier 2 Cities: 3-4 business days (standard), 2 days (express)
  • Remote Areas: 4-5 business days (standard)

Please note that orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.

We partner with leading courier services to ensure reliable delivery:

The courier partner is automatically selected based on your location for fastest delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy on most items. Here's what you need to know:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return window starts from delivery date
  • Some items (like sacred books, opened items) are non-returnable
  • Return shipping is free for defective/damaged items
  • For change of mind, customer pays return shipping

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Find the item you want to return
  3. Click on "Return Item" button
  4. Select reason for return and add comments if any
  5. Submit the return request

You'll receive a return confirmation within 24 hours with further instructions.

How long does refund processing take?

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • COD: Refund via bank transfer (7-10 business days)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 2 business days.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Contact our support team immediately with order ID and photos
  3. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
  4. Return shipping will be arranged by us at no cost to you

Is GST/tax refunded?

Yes! The full tax amount (GST) is refunded along with:

  • Product price
  • Discount (already applied in order total)
  • Shipping charge (for damaged/defective items)

Only the cancellation charge (based on timing) is deducted from the refund amount.

Can I cancel a COD order?

Yes! COD orders can be cancelled anytime before delivery with the same cancellation charges as online orders.

Since payment hasn't been made yet, no refund is needed - only the cancellation charge applies if you had to pay.

COD Details:

  • Available for orders up to ₹10,000
  • ₹30 handling fee per order
  • Can be cancelled anytime before delivery

Why was my payment failed?

Common reasons for payment failure:

  • 3D Secure authentication failed

If money was deducted but order not confirmed, it will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Contact your bank if not received.

Account Management

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy:

  1. Click on "Register" in the top right corner
  2. Fill in your name, email, phone, and password
  3. Verify your phone number with OTP
  4. You're all set!

You can also create an account during checkout.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

To reset your password:

  1. Click on "Login" and then "Forgot Password"
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for reset link
  4. Click the link and create new password
  5. Login with your new password

The reset link expires in 1 hour for security.

How do I update my profile information?

To update your profile:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Profile" from user menu
  3. Click on "Edit Profile"
  4. Update your information
  5. Click "Save Changes"

You can also manage addresses and change password from your profile.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion:

  1. Go to "My Profile" settings
  2. Click on "Delete Account" at the bottom
  3. Confirm your decision
  4. We'll process your request within 48 hours

Note: This action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed.
