- Initiate Return: Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", and click "Return Item" for the specific product. Select reason and submit request.
- Approval: You'll receive an email within 24 hours confirming whether your return is approved.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and freebies.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong Size: Exchange for correct size (if available)
- Wrong Item: Exchange for correct item
- Damaged Item: Exchange for new piece
Exchange process is same as return, but we ship the replacement once we receive the returned item. For faster service, you can place a new order and return the old one for refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Take clear photos/videos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery
- Contact our support team immediately with order ID and photos
- We'll arrange free pickup and replacement/refund
- No return shipping charges apply
