Our commitment to your satisfaction - 7-day easy returns

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before delivery. Cancellation charges apply based on timing:

Important: Cancellation charges are calculated from the time of order placement. COD orders can be cancelled anytime before delivery with the same charges (no refund needed as payment not made).

How to Cancel:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Find the order you want to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel Order" button
  4. Select cancellation reason
  5. Review cancellation charge and confirm

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Time Frame: Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be intact with all tags and labels attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Order ID or invoice required
  • Quantity: Bulk orders (10+ items) may have different return terms

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Detailed Steps:

  1. Initiate Return: Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", and click "Return Item" for the specific product. Select reason and submit request.
  2. Approval: You'll receive an email within 24 hours confirming whether your return is approved.
  3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and freebies.
  4. Shipping:
    • For defective/damaged items: We'll provide a free shipping label
    • For change of mind: Ship via any courier (return shipping cost borne by customer)
  5. Tracking: Share the tracking number via email once shipped.
  6. Inspection: Once received, we inspect the item within 2 business days.
  7. Refund: After inspection, refund is initiated within 24 hours.

Refund Information

What Gets Refunded:

  • Product Price: ✅ Full amount refunded
  • Discount: ✅ Refunded (already applied in order total)
  • Shipping Charge: ✅ Refunded (except for change of mind returns)
  • Tax (GST):Full tax amount refunded
  • Cancellation/Restocking Charge: ❌ Deducted based on timing

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
  • UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: 7-10 business days (bank transfer after providing details)

Refund Calculation Example:

Order Total: ₹1,000 (including ₹100 tax)

Cancelled after: 2 days (10% charge)

Cancellation Charge: ₹100 (10% of ₹1,000)

Refund Amount: ₹900

Note: Tax is included in refund. Only cancellation charge is deducted.

Note: Refund will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, we'll need your bank details for transfer.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Size: Exchange for correct size (if available)
  • Wrong Item: Exchange for correct item
  • Damaged Item: Exchange for new piece

Exchange process is same as return, but we ship the replacement once we receive the returned item. For faster service, you can place a new order and return the old one for refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Contact our support team immediately with order ID and photos
  3. We'll arrange free pickup and replacement/refund
  4. No return shipping charges apply

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Charges: Orders can be cancelled with charges based on timing (see Cancellation Policy section above).

How to Cancel: Log in to account → My Orders → Cancel Order (if available) or contact support.

COD Orders: Can be cancelled anytime before delivery. Since payment hasn't been made, cancellation charges apply but no refund is needed.

Return Shipping

  • Free Return: For damaged/defective/wrong items (we provide shipping label)
  • Paid Return: For change of mind returns (customer pays shipping)

We recommend using trackable shipping service. We're not responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns

Currently, we only ship within India. International returns are not applicable. For customers outside India, please contact support for assistance.

Can I return items bought on sale?

Yes, sale items can be returned following the same policy. However, refund will be for the amount paid (sale price), not the original MRP.

What if I return an item without original packaging?

Return may be rejected or partial refund offered (20-50% deduction depending on condition).

How do I track my return status?

Log in to your account → My Orders → Return Status. You'll also receive email updates at each stage.

Can I return part of an order?

Yes, you can return individual items from an order. Each item is processed separately.

What if my return is rejected?

If return is rejected (wrong item sent, used item, etc.), we'll ship it back to you at your cost or you can arrange pickup.
