Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (business days) of placement. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or during weekends are processed on Monday.

  • Order Verification: Within 2 hours (for COD orders)
  • Order Packing: 12-24 hours after verification
  • Dispatch: Within 24 hours of packing
  • Tracking Number: Shared via email/SMS after dispatch

Delivery Issues

What if my package is delayed?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:

  1. Check tracking for updates
  2. Contact our support with order ID
  3. We'll investigate and provide updates within 24 hours
  4. If lost in transit, we'll reship or refund

What if I'm not home for delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery 3 times. After that:

  • Package returns to our warehouse
  • We'll contact you to reschedule
  • Re-delivery charges may apply

Wrong address provided?

If you provided wrong address:

  • Contact us immediately if order not shipped
  • If shipped, redirect charges apply
  • If returned, you pay re-shipping

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available: For orders up to ₹10,000
  • Handling Fee: ₹30 per order
  • Payment: Pay exact amount to delivery person (card/UPI also accepted by some partners)
  • Verification: We may call to verify COD orders above ₹5,000
  • Cancellation: COD orders can be cancelled anytime before delivery (cancellation charges apply)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, if order hasn't been shipped. Contact us immediately with order ID and new address. Once shipped, address cannot be changed.

Do you ship on Sundays/holidays?

No, orders are processed Monday-Saturday (excluding national holidays). Couriers also don't deliver on Sundays.

How do I track my order without account?

Use the tracking link sent to your email/SMS. You can also track using order ID and phone number on our website.

What if my package is lost/stolen?

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received, contact us within 24 hours. We'll investigate and reship or refund.

Do you offer expedited shipping for urgent orders?

Yes, choose "Express Shipping" at checkout for 1-2 day delivery. For same-day delivery in Mumbai, contact support.
